I have been speaking with my Star brothers and sisters from Sirius for the past week or so.  They wanted to talk about Love in it's many shades and forms.  I transcribed and sent out their messages and the next subject that THEY wished to discuss was a more indepth conversation about SELF LOVE.  If you recall, they spoke about the importance of SELF LOVE before the highest level of relationship romantic love can be fully reached and appreciated.

Meanwhile, last night I was drawn to a book on my shelf entitled STEP BY STEP WE CLIMB.  As I read the first few pages, I could see that the description of SELF LOVE that I was reading  was something I knew I should reproduce here and share with you.  I am sure that I will consult once again, at some point, with the Sirians on this topic, but meanwhile I would like to reproduce some excerpts from the STEP BY STEP discourses.  The following is, while out of complete context, some excerpts that drew my attention while I read.  I offer these to you in love and hope these words will bring you a deeper understanding of SELF LOVE and LOVE in general.  This which follows is, in no way, intended to be a thorough answer to the question of Self Love, but it will be, we hope, of some service.

by El Morya and St. Germain

(Remember, this is not the complete Discourse, but only a paragraph here and there that was chosen to share with you from the complete Discourse)

The first rule has always been to be silent and know that I AM is God.  This silence will permit the individual to turn within himself, and the knowledge, the vision, the contact with his Presence will quickly follow.  I say to the student often:  There is nothing so important as your own harmony and peace of mind.  You cannot acquire that from others;  that comes only as a result of your own earnest desire and longing for the glories of life, for the outpouring of Light from your own Great God-self, which is within and above you.

The only reason for life expressing in the physical world is to expand more Light.  That expansion we have called service, and that service begins with the love of the God Flame within, first, and then a love of the God Flame within all manifested things, second.  Yet, even though we say that one is first and one is second, still, really they are both first, for when the individual turns within himself sufficiently and gives the gratitude, the love, and the adoration to his I AM Presence, he/she is in reality loving the Presence of Life within all things, for all is One.

To observe imperfection in another is a certain indication that you yourself have not reached your goal.  Each one's duty is to see most of all the perfection which everyone should have.  Even though your outer sight may deny that the perfection is there, still, since only the Inner is real, you will quickly see that the perfection which should be there is there.  It is your duty, your obligation as a part of life to expand that perfection.  As that perfection expands there is less room for imperfection.  To call to the I AM Presence into action to release perfection into any person, place, condition or thing is the greatest possible blessing that can be given.
(Note from JOY:  and this begins with the self!)

To discuss the seeming inabilities, shortcomings, and failures of your acquaintances is to draw those qualities into yourself, and also it intensifies them in the worlds of others.

Many do not know how to release Divine Love, for to many the consciousness has been given that Divine Love is an attribute of the physical senses, and I assure you that is not so.
Divine Love is the All-enfolding Flame of Creation, it is the Spark of Life, the Unfed Fire within each one which can be kindled into a roaring conflagration when the attention is turned within and above to the Blazing God Presence, I AM, for that Blazing Presence is Love, and only from the Heart of All Love can more love come forth.

Thus, to bring any given thing into manifestation, the individual who will stop, turn, and recognize the I AM  within him, will cause a ray of Light to proceed from his mind, which will form the mental picture of that which he desires.  And holding that mental picture consciously in his mind, still within the I AM Consciousness, he will call forth another ray of Light from his feeling world, pouring it into that mental picture which he has held, so that he directs the electronic stream from his Godself to bring about the creation of anything he desires.

I was directed to EARTHWAY, by Mary Summer Rain ~ specifically, to the last chapter in the book entitled In Search of Rainbow's End--The Purpose of Life.  Mary writes about her teacher and mentor, an aged Native American woman by the name of No-Eyes.  Here is some of the wisdom that No-Eyes imparts in the last chapter of the book.  I was guided to share this with you and will type some excerpts from it straight from the book for your consideration.

The Purpose of Life

" . . . remember before we talked 'bout how peoples lookin' all over?  The searchin's they do?"
"Yes," I said.
"Summer ever think what they really be searchin' for?"
"Their truth.  No, not their truth, but the truth.  They look all over for it.  They make it very difficult for themselves."
"But it be so simple," she said with a grand smile.  "Everybody's lookin' hard for somethin'.  Everybody's searchin' for end of rainbow.  It never there for them.  They lookin' for all wrong stuff in all wrong places.
"Peoples think they need new job.  They not be happy with it.  They think they need new house or car.  They not be happy with them either.  They think they need love.  They not be happy.  They search an' search.  They still not be happy.  They die not happy.  They only be happy when they find Great Spirit here," she said, pointing  softly to her heart and the center of her forehead.  "Then they not search more.  They be happy an' content when they find Truth in Great Spirit."

. . . Her choppy sentences couldn't have been more eloquent.  Her words were beautiful.  So many, many people wasted their happiness.  They sweated out two or three jobs attempting to gain the sacred dollar--the golden calf that would buy them all the material things that, in the end, wouldn't make them happy at all.  They would then discover that happiness had eluded them and they would begin the search once again, only with a more intense obsession to obtain the elusive golden ring.

. . . We entered the forest and the old one wasted no time.  "What you see?" she asked, directing the question at no one in particular.
We questioningly looked at one another, not certain of her meaning.  I attempted a reply.
"The pine and aspen, all of nature, the spirit of nature."
"Anybody see that!  What you see?"

After searching for a deeper meaning, Bill tried.
"Nature is preparing for winter.  All of nature is busy with it."
She shrugged her narrow shoulders.  "That one be better.  How nature do busy thing?"
We talked as we strolled her well-worn woodland paths.  I spoke next.
"They gather and store a season's supply of food.  They insulate their nesting places for hibernation and warmth."
"Good!" she spat.  "What store they get fur coats from?  How they gonna chop wood for warmth?  Where the market where they buy food, huh, Summer?  Huh, Bill?"
We grinned at her simple point and Bill replied, "All their needs are amply provided.  The Great Spirit gives them all they require and the spirit of the woods makes sure they are distributed."
She sighed with a decided nod.  When she looked up into our faces, her eyes were misty.
"Peoples be dumbest animals of all," came her tired voice.  "Great Spirit provide all for them too.  Great Spirit give good food, powerful medicine that grow on Earth Mother's breast, great powers for people's energy needs.  But they no see this good Mother Earth stuff.  She give all beautiful life stuff. . . for all peoples. . . for all times.  She give all she got to give, but peoples take an' take all wrong stuff from her body.  They be so blind, they no see this."
She paused before continuing.
"Great Spirit be so loving to His peoples.  He give four great things.  He give love.  He give truth an' way to it.  He give faith.  He give bounties of Earth mother for peoples to live good earthway lives."
Her obsidian eyes glistened as she looked to the turquoise sky that peeked above the morning clouds.  She looked up for the Great Spirit.
"Peoples can find end of rainbow with them four things.  They never need more."
Eyes closed, head lowered, she continued.
"But peoples be so dumb.  They not realize that they be big, big part of all of life; life of nature . . . life of Great Spirit . . . that they be one brother to all brothers.  They not see how they be part of life of spirit of all living things.
We walked into the jewellike forest while the wise visionary softly spoke of mankind's need to raise their collective consciousness to the reality of the greatness of the living hoop of life.
"Peoples need to understand,"  she nearly pleaded with a voice barely above a whisper.  "Peoples need to understand what they be seekin' be in own hearts, deep down in own spirits.  When peoples run to end of rainbow for big pot of gold, they say, 'It be not here!'    They cry, 'It never be here for me.'  But they need to see that big pot of gold is there.  It be standing at the end of rainbow . . . it be in peoples' hearts an' in peoples' own spirits.  It be inside all 'long."
Our old friend slowly shook her head.  She whispered in her great tiredness.  "Peoples need to wake up.  When they ever gonna see that the Great Spirit be livin' inside them?  When they ever gonna see that the Great Spirit be that rainbow end?"
And there was nothing left to be said, for she had said it all.

What follows here is from THE LOUISE HAY NEWSLETTER.  Louise Hay is an author and the founder of Hay House, Inc.  Her well-known and often referenced book, HEAL YOUR BODY,  lists the mental causes for physical illness and gives the metaphysical way to overcome them.

Criticism never changes a thing.  Refuse to criticize yourself.  Accept yourself exactly as you are.  Everybody changes.  When you criticize yourself, your changes are negative.  When you approve of yourself, your changes are positive.

Let the past go.  You did the best your could at the time with the understanding, awareness, and knowledge that you had.  Now you are growing and changing, and you will live life differently.

Be gentle with yourself.  Be kind to yourself.  Be patient with yourself as you learn the new ways of thinking.  Treat yourself as you would someone you really loved.

Self-hatred is only hating your own thoughts.  Don't hate yourself for having the thoughts.  Gently change your thoughts.

Criticism breaks down the inner spirit.  Praise builds up.  Praise yourself as much as you can.  Tell yourself how well youare doing with every little thing.

Find ways to support yourself.  Reach out to friends and allow them to help you.  It is being strong to ask for help when you need it.

Acknowledge that you created them to fulfill a need.  Now you are finding new, positive ways to fulfill those needs.  So lovingly release the old negative patterns.

Learn about nutrition.  What kind of fuel does your body need in order to have optimum energy and vitality?  Learn about exercise.  What kind of exercise do you enjoy?  Cherish and revere the temple you live in.

Look into your eyes often.  Express the growing sense of love you have for yourself.  Forgive yourself while looking into the mirror.  Talk to your parents while looking into the mirror.  Forgive them, too.  At least once a day say, "I love you, I really love you!"

Don't wait until you get well, or lose the weight, or get the new job, or find the new relationship.  Begin now--and do the best you can.

Remember the things that gave you joy as a child.  Incorporate them into your life now.  Find a way to have fun with everything you do.  Let yourself express the joy of living.  Laugh.  Rejoice, and the Universe rejoices with you!

What follows may be repetitive information -- please pardon this, if so.  I have pulled from various sources here and will put forth information that I have on hand at my home that were obtained  from some local healers.

Here is what Gilda Lee, who resides right here in the Appalachian Mountains, has to say.  This is  from her book,  FLOWERS CAN HEAL.   Gilda studied with Herbal Master Michael Moore, at the Southwest School of Botanical Medicine, in Albuquerque, New Mexico and became a Certified Clinical Herbalist.  She says that she was literally led to this area (just like me!) in North Carolina where it is abundantly lush and green -- this area is "an herbalists dream" -- to quote her.  She said that it was revealed to her that "Vibrational Therapy" was to be a common healing method of the future.  She combines crystals and flowers of the same colors which correspond to the chakra colors, listens to Spirit and follows her intuition while making healing essences.
She starts from the beginning:

IN THE BEGINNING -- GOD IS ALL THERE IS -- GOD'S ENERGY IS.   God's love created the Earth and all things and there is no end . . . Love and the creation of God goes on in mankind . . .

Knowing this love and energy are within us and in all things, allows us to form bonds with the plants, rocks and all creations of the Earth.  This knowledge of connectedness to all things can help us to heal!

We think of disease as purely physical, but it manifests first in the mind, emotions and on a soul level, starting in the subtle bodies before ever reaching the physical.    Scientists recently started working on what they term a "new" field of medicine called "Psychoneuroimmunological" research to prove the relationship between illness and emotion; a large word for an ancient theory.  Fear and negative attitudes cause disharmony between the body, the personality and the soul.  Correcting emotional factors and increasing physical and mental vitality aid in resolving disease.

An internal harmony is created to increase resistance to disease and even cure it.

Conventional medicine treats separate parts of human bodies, instead of whole beings, which are balanced systems of energy.  Considering the entire being (body, mind, emotions and spirit) as it functions in its environment makes a huge difference not only in healing, but in staying  healthy.

Well-being is the body's "natural" state.  Proof is, that no matter what we do to ourselves with poor nutrition, bad air and water, stress, lack of exercise, smoking, alcohol, coffee, sweets, et cetera, our bodies strive to function smoothly.  It often takes years to show the effects on our bodies of even combinations of these abuses.

Doctors today are learning that, what starts as a negative thought and is felt deeply as an emotion, can eventually create disease in the physical body.  Like it to throwing a pebble in a lake . . . forming rings, ever-expanding outward from the original cause.  The pebble can be stress, improper diet, lack of self esteem, anger or fear.  It is the starting point or cause.  It is VIBRATIONAL, not tangible, until it manifests as discomfort.  Subtle energy systems coordinate life force within the body.  The body is a wonderful creation that wants to be well.  Discomfort is the warning signal that repairs are required.  Pain has a profound purpose.  It says, "Look at me!"  Flower Essences work toward eliminating the cause, usually emotional issues, so the effect of well-being is restored.

Einstein's "Theory of Relativity," equates matter with energy.  Energy vibrates at different frequencies, i.e., furniture as a solid is dense matter which vibrates, but very slowly; human bodies, not as dens, vibrate so fast that they cannot be seen.  Human bodies are complex energy fields because they integrate body, mind, spirit and emotions, which all vibrate at different frequencies.  The energy of the mind vibrates as thought; emotion as feeling; spirit as life-force or chi.  The light body or aura which surrounds the physical body as an energy field, vibrates so quickly that normally, it is invisible.
Vibrational energy is used in many ways.  All are connected in the universe:  sound, color, musical notes (which also correspond to numbers), electromagnetic fields (magnetic therapy), biofeedback, aromatherapy and sense therapies, etc.

That flowers have subtle energies has been known for thousands of years.  It is thought to have originated in Lemuria at a time when souls were in tune with the plants, believing both had been put there for the help and welfare of each other.  The Atlanteans used them differently, more clinically and allopathically, to heal as we do today.  Ancient Chinese teachings make reference in the Tao to a similar healing system, as the Egyptians did in the time of the Pyramids.

Hilarion, a Master Healer and teacher from ancient Greece, said:

Many well-known people have communed with plants and nature spirits.  They have found that all living things depend upon one another in the natural network of energized relationships.

Born just before the Civil War of slave parents, George Washington Carver (1863-1942) from boyhood onward saw and communicated with the spirits of plants.  He claimed they talked to him during quiet walks in the Iowa countryside, revealing their secrets upon request.  His career was incomprehensible to his fellow scientists because he said he learned everything he knew from watching and loving everything he saw.  He conducted experiments in his lab which he called "God's Little Workshop.".  Carver became famous for his research on how to avoid and rectify soil depletion by rotating cotton crops with peanuts and sweet potatoes, which were previously used only to feed hogs.  This replenished the soil, and other experiments brought knowledge of 280 different products that could be made from the new crops, including peanut butter and peanut oil for massaging polio victims. This remarkable man said this, all not long before he died, when he was tenderly touching a little flower:

Flower in the crannied wall,
I pluck you out of the crannies,
I hold you here, root and all , in my hand,
Little flower -- but if I could understand
What you are, root and all, and all in all,
I should know what God and man is.

No talk about Flower Essence would be complete without mentioning
Dr. Edward Bach.  He was a physician, then a homeopathic doctor and a sensitive.  He found that if he helped his patients cure their emotions, their physical bodies would get well.  He developed the methods used to day to prepare and use Flower Essences.
Dr. Bach said:

He discovered 38 flower essences plus his Rescue Remedy, a combination of five of his essences.  He became so sensitized that he could taste or hold a flower in his hand and intuit its effect on people.  Dr Bach also said,

Energy fields around living things have been studied and photographed in living color with Kirlian photography since 1940.  Many scientific studies with plants and flowers have proven that plants and flowers can think and feel and can pick up even the intentions of thoughts and feelings of human beings.

When you work with your plants and flowers, speak to them telepathically.  They do have a cellular consciousness which is common to all life forms.  It has been scientifically proven that plants and flowers can read minds!  You can see the work of Marcel Vogel for more information about this.

Treat your plants and flowers as friends.  Native Americans have always been aware of the communicative abilities of plants and flowers.  They would lean on a tree to replenish themselves with its power, support and wisdom.  Vogel felt that, from our communing with plants and flowers, we can learn the art of loving and know that our thoughts and emotions release a powerful energy into space.
Remember, Essences assist the body to balance so that disease cannot take hold.  Essences support growth, self-knowledge, transformation and relinquishing that which no longer serves.  We can release old patterns and behavior with the support of essences, because they alter the frequency of limitation, by changing fear into love.  Fear depresses and causes disharmony within and paves the way for disease.

Essences go into the bloodstream and throughout the circulatory and nervous systems to the energy meridians until, on a cellular level, they reach the parts of the body that are out of balance.  These essences are relayed by the chakras which contain certain crystalline properties.  The process is immediate, but the results make take a while to become apparent.

There is a relationship between flowers and gems and these crystalline properties, so in the physical and subtle bodies they act as relays to penetrate the physical body to be of help.

GEMSTONES can be used in conjunction with Flower Essences.  The mineral kingdom is also attuned to the etheric forces that coordinate and harmonize the human being's physical and etheric bodies to bring healing, wholeness and spiritual unfoldment.  The vibrations from gemstones can help us maintain a proper balance in human health:  physically, chemically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
In her hand book, FLOWERS CAN HEAL, Gilda Lee speaks about using the color of flowers and gems in combination to balance particular chakras (energy centers).   Color therapy is an ancient healing art from THE TEMPLES OF LIGHT AND COLOR in early Egypt and Greece.  These chakras refer to the seven rays of celestial origin, which influence the nature of the personality and growth of the soul.  Chakra colors are the colors of the rainbow.  Each major color has a link to the chakra it influences.  Here is a graphic of the chakras and the colors associated with them.  Some say the crown chakra is light violet and others think it is white.  As we are integrating new vibrations, some say there are now new colors, but this chart will give you the general idea for the purposes of our study here.
You know that I have always said that your own intuition rules, but I am giving you a general idea of what one healing  practictioner teaches.  My recommendation is to follow your own inner guidance using the information that I am giving you here as a base line.   Again, her way of making flower essences, as she was directed by Spirit, is to combine a gem and flower of the same color of the chakra (above) to balance that particular chakra.
Generally, here is a very basic idea what each chakra governs:

  • First Chakra ~ Root Chakra (red) for Vitality/Passion
  • Second Chakra ~ (orange) Assimilation and Creativity
  • Third Chakra ~ Solar Plexus (yellow) Intellectual stimulation
  • Fourth Chakra ~ Heart Chakra (pink/green) Inner Harmony
  • Fifth Chakra ~ Throat Chakra (blue) Self-expression/Communication
  • Sixth Chakra ~ Third-Eye Chakra (purple/indigo) Inner Vision
  • Seventh Chakra ~ Crown Chakra (white/clear/violet) Higher Mind
In order to balance or stimulate any chakra, the idea with Flower Essences is to combine a gem and flower essence of the color that corresponds to the chakra's color.  For example, a Six and Seventh Chakra Gem and Flower Essence would be great to use when meditating.  For an imbalance in any part of the body that is ruled by a particular chakra, use that particular  flower and gem essence which is the color of that chakra.

This information is not intended to be thorough and conclusive.  I am only giving you the general idea to open the door for further study which you may like to do on your own.  Let the flowers and crystals guide you!  Intuition Rules!
These recommendations come from Gilda's book; however, I have read numerous others with a twist here or a tweak there ~ each one following their own inner guidance.  Your own intuition rules ~ and when in doubt, ASK THE FLOWER for help!

Here is the list of items that Gilda says you will need to make your
own Flower Essence:
  • CLEAR BOWL ~ 12 ounces or more, made of glass or quartz.
OF CLEAR QUARTZ ~ for cutting flowers
  • FUNNEL ~  glass or quartz is best, or stainless steel
  • STORAGE BOTTLES ~ dark amber 8 oz, 16 oz, 32 oz  (one bottle with be the Mother Essence Bottle)
  • LABELS ~ to label the bottles
  • NATURAL PRESERVATIVE ~ Korbel brandy, vodka or alcohol.  She uses 190-proof pure grain alcohol.  Each Mother Storage Bottle is filled 25% to 50% with the natural preservative.  From 7 to 10 drops goes into the Stock Bottles.
  • POT FOR STERILIZING ~ Glass or enamel is best.  If you use metal, it should be stainless steel or copper.
  • Sterilize items 10 minutes or more, in boiling water.
  • WAX BAGS ~ for storing flowers, if necessary
  • COPPER PYRAMID ~ if possible, to potentize
Prepare on a cloudless, sunny day, early morning, preferably Spring or Summer when the sun is strongest.

PICKING FLOWERS to be used based on the vibration of the place where they grow ~ find a place that feels good to you.  Sit amongst the flowers and ask which ones would want to come with you to be made into a powerful medicine for healing.  This is the Native American way of honoring the flowers.  Your instincts will guide you if you stay in a quiet, open, meditative state and if you KNOW you CAN connect with the Devas or Nature Spirits of the plants.  Each plant has a deva or angelic presence which holds the 'thought-form' of the plant, so that it may grow and thrive and reproduce.
Solarization (Sun) Method
Thank the devas for their help and for the giveaway of the flowers your harvest.  You can leave an offering of dry corn kernels, corn meal, tobacco or say a simple, heartfelt "Thank You."  The loving thoughts and feelings that you have during picking and preparing are energies that permeate the essence that you make.  The Nature Spirits of the plants are willing coworkers.  Just as you are a Spirit, so are they.

Explain to them what you are doing and they will understand and help in the process of transferring the life force of the flower into the water.

When picking the flowers, hold the stem of the flower with a leaf from the flower so as not to touch it.  Place the flower face down on the water and repeat until the water's surface is covered by flowers if you can.  If there are not enough flowers to cover the surface, tilt the bowl with a rock under it to lessen the surface area.

Near the place where the flowers are picked, place the bowl on a natural surface (i.e., a rock, if possible) for three hours in the direct sunlight (longer if overcast).

Only if absolutely necessary, cover the bowl with cheese cloth to protect the contents from bugs and debris.
Preparing the
MAKING THE MOTHER ESSENCE:  While waiting for the infusion of energy to take place and BEFORE pouring the water from the bowl, fill up to half of each storage bottle with alcohol or brandy (natural preservative).  By doing this first, the essence will not permeate the glass.  Remove the flowers from the water with a leaf from the same plant, being careful not to touch the water.  Use the leaf to lift out insects or debris as well.  The water should look clear and it is often bubbly or sparkly.  Through the funnel, pour off water into the previously prepared storage bottles.

Always label each bottle immediately, especially if doing more than one at a time.  Place the bottles in the copper pyramid (if you have one) to potentize them each time they are used if possible.

MAKING STOCK BOTTLES:  Into each 1 ounce dark amber bottle, first place 7 DROPS OF ALCOHOL.  Add 7 drops of the mother tincture *(above) to each bottle and fill it up the rest of the way with distilled water.
Shake the bottle 7 times to activate the mixture.  This is to be done each time before using the essence, to reactive it.  Then, place 7 drops under the tongue.  The numerous blood vessels under the tongue help transfer the energy quickly through the physical body.  For children, the elderly or weak, or those who don't care to ingest the essence,  the drops can also be placed on the third eye, the temples, wrists (pulse points), or massaged into the soles of the feet and palms of the hands.

The essences (7 drops) can be placed in the bath water.  Our skin is the largest organ of the body, and water is an electromagnetic conductor.

Idea!  Slip into the bath water with the essence in it after putting 7 drops under the tongue and meditate while the essence permeates the aura ~  a delightful experience!

You could also mix 7 drops into massage oil or lotion and massage into chakra points.

Store bottles upright in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from strong odors such as perfumes, coffee and essential oils.

Essences are different from essential oils.  Flower essences have no fragrance or taste -- they are considered vibrational remedies.

The more we walk our spiritual paths in awareness, the more we learn the value of trusting our own inner guidance.  No one knows you like yourself.  Learn to trust your own Higher Self since you are part of All That Is.

To get desired results with essences, or anything in life,
establish INTENT,
always follow through with action!
Note:  You may find some repetition or even slight contradition below, as I have cut and pasted this information from  several different sources.

Angel Prayer

May the angels keep you till morning,
May they guide you through the night,
May they comfort all your sorrows,
May they help you win the fight.

May they keep watch on your soul,
May they show you better ways,
May they guard you while you're sleeping,
May they see you through your days.

May they show you new hopes,
May they still your every doubt,
May they calm your every fear,
May they hear you when you shout.

May the angels keep you till morning,
More than this, I cannot pray,
And if the angels ever fail you,
Then may God be there that day.

What is the difference between
a morning star and an evening star?
What many people call the morning or evening star is actually a planet, usually Venus but sometimes Jupiter, Saturn, or Mars. When one of them appears close to the Sun as viewed from Earth, sunset or sunrise watchers are treated to starlike brilliance of one of our planetary neighbors, which may be brighter than any of the true stars in the night sky. The distinction between "morning" and "evening" simply refers to the time at which the planet is visible.
Due to the orbital motion of planets around the Sun, a planet might be a "morning star" at one time of the year, and then later, as its orbit carries it behind and then to the other side of the Sun, it appears as an "evening star."

Agrimony: This Essence helps those who appear carefree and humorous, but actually they hide behind a mask to hide their anxieties, worries and inner pain and fears. They dislike being alone and are very sociable, seeking company as a distraction. Agrimony helps them express their pain, fears and worries, moreover their cheerfulness will come from within, instead of covering up pain and worries.

Aspen: This Essence helps those who feel fears and worries of unknown origin. The fears or worries comes suddenly without any specific reason. A typical need for Aspen is on waking in fear from a bad dream, even if the dream itself is forgotten. Aspen helps us to an inner peace, security and fearlessness.
